Information on the shipping and payment conditions as well as the calculation of the delivery time

A Shipping information

We generally send the items offered in this shop carriage paid, with the exception of deliveries to the German islands, provided that additional fees are charged, and abroad. If you wish to ship to another country or to German islands, please write us an email (info@ismoe.de) before placing your order and please tell us the item (including the quantity) and the delivery address (including the zip code) and country). We will then inform you at short notice whether we can ship according to your request and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner individually about shipping options and costs in advance.


Depending on the size of your order, it will be sent by parcel service or by a forwarding agent.

The choice of the carrier is solely up to ISM GmbH.

Please note that you must provide your email address in the order process so that a notification can be made.

The delivery with the parcel service takes place from Monday to Saturday, with the forwarding agent from Monday to Friday, to you within normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If the goods come by a forwarding agent, they will be delivered free to the curb. The further transfer of the material is your sole responsibility.

The statutory regulations apply to the return of goods. In special cases we can agree on goodwill rules.

After returning the goods, we will check that the goods are intact and you will receive a corresponding credit note.

B Delivery times and notification

The processing time for your order in our house is normally one to two working days.

The parcel service usually also needs one to two working days.

If the goods are delivered by the shipping company as general cargo, this can take up to 4 days.

There is no guarantee that the deadlines will be met.

Should you wish to be notified of the delivery, this is only possible if the goods are sent by us via a forwarding agent. Please ask us about this before ordering.

The cost is € 8 net per notification.



C Terms of payment

For deliveries within mainland Germany, we offer the following payment options:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.
The delivery of your shipment will only be initiated after the corresponding invoice amount has been received on our account, stating the intended use.
2. SOFORT transfer
SOFORT Überweisung is the direct transfer procedure of SOFORT GmbH. With SOFORT Überweisung, you can conveniently place a transfer for the respective amount in your online banking account. 3. PayPal
4. Invoice (this payment method is only reserved for business customers with a corresponding customer login)
After receiving the invoice, transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within the payment period stated on the invoice.
5. Klarna

In individual cases, we reserve the right to only deliver against advance payment.
